Terms of Service

My Property Motion produces cinematic marketing videos from property photography and information supplied by the client. Orders are accepted after submission review, and production begins once the required photos and property details are received.

Clients confirm that they hold the rights to all photography and materials they submit and are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials and resulting marketing content comply with applicable listing-service, advertising, copyright, and platform requirements.

Videos are created from supplied photography. The resulting content must not be represented as footage physically filmed inside the property.

Target turnaround is 24–48 hours after all required materials are received. Pricing is $199 per listing video unless otherwise agreed in writing.
